We're going to be absolutely honest with you and we expect the same courtesy in return. This is what we mean by that:
We will refund your lead purchase in full, IF AND ONLY IF, the lead contact details are incorrect. We will not refund if you haven't taken all reasonable measures to reach the client or, if in any other way, you haven't handled the enquiry promptly and professionally. We supply the highest quality information you'll get anywhere but we don't make the sale for you so we won't refund if you've been unable to convert the lead.
Your money will always be refunded if we've provided an unusable lead. In fact, if we give you an unusable lead, we'll refund your money. We'll even give you the benefit of the doubt three times if you're claiming refunds on our leads. But BE WARNED! We check every refund request back to the customer. If you "make a mistake" and claim a refund you're not entitled to, you get three, and only three chances. If we find you've made false claims for refunds, (and our systems operate on complex and sophisticated algorithms designed to detect this behaviour), your account will be permanently cancelled and we will never again provide leads to you or to any organization you're associated with. Simply put, we operate on honesty and integrity so please, take this matter very seriously and don't put this aspect of our service to the test.
We've been operating in lead generation and management for 20 years but there has never been such an efficient system for creating and delivering strong leads until now.
